Ministries serve food for 300 guests in the Hotels, but you will see only 30 or 40 persons dining.<br \/>\n\tThe per capita food consumption in Qatar could be the highest in the world, but I Hassan Aljefairi believe that 70% &#8211; 80% of the food is thrown away and not being consumed.
