SUPREME COUNCIL FOR COMMUNICATION AND INFOTECH

TO,
SUPREME COUNCIL FOR COMMUNICATION AND INFOTECH,
PH: 4935922.

DEAR SIR,
The Government of Qatar had implemented Internet filtering by blocking my website www.hassanAljefairi.com
This caused me dissatisfaction because information should move around freely.
Some called me an online Journal because I was known to offer strong anti Government message and presented myself as a substitute for media in Qatar which are largely controlled by the Government or by influential people that are related to the Government.
My website suffered problems from hacker attack raising speculation about an organized campaign against Qatar’s most popular activist Hassan Aljefairi who blamed poor quality education and lack of democracy for Qatari people backwardness.
If Qatari Government wants to do efforts to protect human rights and join International organizations, then why should it block my website and ban my book “Hassan Aljefairi’s Diary” and try to stop me entering conferences?

YOURS FAITHFULLY

HASSAN IBRAHIM ALMULLA ALJEFAIRI,
QATARI ACTIVIST,
