TO,

THE CARNEGIE MELLON UNIVERSITY,QATAR.

Dear Sir,

Instead of helping me with my mission to support my Qatari people, one of your Arabic speaking female staff did not like to see me speaking in CMU seminars and told me one day not to talk for so long. Also one male American Arab staff did not like to hear me saying that I wanted to see more Qatari students studying in CMU-Q., he said that Qataris represent 15 % of the population therefore they should not be more than 15% among total students in CMU-Q. I felt that this was nonsense.
If CMU-Q would have given me more respect and time to speak, I could have persuaded Qatari Government to privatize more services like Doha Airport, Qatar Airways, duty free and grand services etc. Government staff does not seem wants to work, Government staff sickness affecting the efficiency and care. High rate of absence, long holidays, 5 hours work during the month of Ramadan and 10 days off during eid holidays affecting the quality of services that the Government provides to people. That is not the same situation in the private sector.
If CMU-Q co-operated with me, I could have reduced the hours that are lost due to the non-efficiency in the public sector.

Yours Faithfully,

HASSAN I ALMULLA ALJEFAIRI,
QATARI ACTIVIST,
