DOHA –QATAR.

Dear Sir,

Please be advised that without the support of your editor Mr.Mobin, I would not have been able to promote English language among our students so they will not struggle to find their way through to quality Universities. Your editor Mr.Mobin supported me a lot to explain to Qatari students that they will not be accepted in Weill Cornell or Texas A&M if they are not fluent in English.
I still need your support so I could explain that English could be difficult in the beginning but afterwards become easy and normal. If I am isolated by the local newspapers, then I shall not be able to explain that parents are not aware of the future requirements and think that price of Oil will continue to be US$150 forever.
More than 90% of scientific information in the internet is in English. Without English language students and graduates can not keep themselves with up to date knowledge. English is also needed for the future career.

EDITOR IN CHIEF , QATAR TRIBUNE.

REF: 0011 23.07.09

TO,
EDITOR IN CHIEF , QATAR TRIBUNE.

Dear Sir
I am not getting any coverage in Qatar tribune from your staff. That is depriving me from my rights to make Qataris read my opinion. For example, your staff sees me talking about human rights issues but the next day I am not there in Qatar tribune. That was going on continuously for many years.
If your staff had cooperated, then I would have been able to support the rights of housemaids in Qatar. I could have reduced their sufferings by persuading the authorities to give them a day off, eight hours work, minimum salary and the right to go out to visit friends and relatives or shopping. Housemaid is the last one to sleep in the family and the first one to wake up. She can be waken up by members of the family for a glass of water.
Because of your newspaper ignored me, the sufferings of the housemaids continued, therefore some of them runaway or work for others.
If you would have given me a little support, then I would have fought for having housemaids to be covered by Qatari labor law.

QATAR TOURISM AUTHORITY

REF: 0010 23.07.09

TO,

QATAR TOURISM AUTHORITY.

Dear Sir,

Most tourists, visitors and investors want freedom despite opposition from clerics. Also a lot of Qataris want freedom like everyone else.
I would like to highlight the rough war our economy has over restricting personal freedom of persons.
Those who claim that our society should remain religious conservative travel to Europe, U.S.A and U.K, but do not want travel to religious countries abroad.
Some of them also tell our youth not to talk to girls but in Europe they are gambling, with prostitutes and go to night clubs.
Those radicals are harming our economy because of their influence. Our hotels, towers, complexes will be soon empty like ghost houses. With my humble efforts, I need to lead the change, but I was told it is not the time, so what can I do? Shall I wait until our economy dies?

NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE

REF: 0009 DATE: 23.07.09

TO

NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE.

Dear Sir,

I would like to approach you for your support to get our Qatari children admitted to International schools teach under English Curriculum. These Schools cost millions of Riyals that were paid by Qatari public money, but majority of our Qatari children are not there.
Only children of expatriates and children of some Qatari Government Officials are admitted, but thousands of Qatari pupils are deprived from quality education.
Qatar Government is not doing efforts to admit Qatari children to International English Curriculum Schools.
In addition to English language, children can learn Islamic religion, history and Arabic language.
I requested the Government to issue coupons bearing 75% of the cost of admission of each Qatari child but not 25% of the cost .Qatari children are being abused being given low quality education, overdose of culture, traditions and customs on the expense of English, Math and Science.

THE EDITOR IN CHIEF,GULF TIMES.

REF: 0007
22/07/2009

TO,
THE EDITOR IN CHIEF,GULF TIMES.
DOHA-QATAR.

Dear Sir,

I still do not understand why I am being isolated by Gulf Times, staff who hear me talking in forums and lectures since many years, but neither my fake nor my name appears in Gulf Times.
Therefore, I am unable to persuade Qatar Ministry of Education to recruit good native English speaking teachers to teach our Qatari children, because my voice is hidden and not heard.
Lebanese and Tunisian students study in French by them did not lose their native tongue.
The drop in student’s graduates is due to the poor teaching of English language with Gulf Times co-operation, I could have promoted English, and then our students will not struggle to find their way around the meanings of words
I could have promoted learning Science in English so our children will not struggle in Universities. Qatari children should be fluent in English so that they could have access to researches and studies in Science that are written in English.
Yours faithfully,

HASSAN I ALMULLA ALJEFAIRI,

THE SUPREME EDUCATION COUNCIL

REF: 00072
17/10/2009

TO,
THE SUPREME EDUCATION COUNCIL: 4559555.

Dear Sir,
Please be advised that I feel that unless radicals and fanatics are removed, the state education system will not move in to the modern age. Our universities had failed to produce Qatari engineers and scientists. They were unable to qualify Qataries for the private sector job market. The major problem remains primary education and despite of its unlimited financial resources, many Qatari independent schools and Qatar University education is governed by religious structure. These clerics want to spread extremism through mosques, courts, primary schools and Qatar University. Therefore, Hassan Aljefairi could not alone change the mindset of the teaching with a curriculum still related to religion despite the reform efforts. Get yourself ready for a change. I promised and I can do it, but only if the media and press are on my side, but they are not, otherwise I could do it, because I am simply the best at what I do. I specialize in an area that is particularly close to my heart: Qatari people. I love all people of different nations, but to start from the first step, with the people that I belong to, Qatari people. I have eaten, breathed and slept the Qatari past and presence.
I enjoy the Qatari history and I want to explain my grandfathers sea trading heritage, the geographical importance of Qatar in the old days being, in the middle of east and west, the diversity of the living of those brave men in the desert and my grand fathers, the seamen who fought together with AlQassimies that ruled the Arabian land on the other side of the Gulf, the Persian shore of linjah and Qapandeiah. They are Alnussoors Arab tribes, of Banikhaled roots.

THE GULF TIMES NEWS PAPERS

REF: 00070
17/10/2009

TO,
THE GULF TIMES NEWS PAPERS.

Dear Sir,

The story that was reported by your staff on Sept 17 about one year Jail for illicit relations was not clear to me as details were not there. It does not say why the Sudanese neighbour was spying. I thought it was much better if Qatari Government recruited engineers to build our bad roads rather than employing someone standing in the neighbourhood watching what every body else is doing.
Your story reported that this house wife was a mother of six, then what is going to be the future of the six children when their friends and relatives come to know that the mother has been sentenced to one year imprisonment for maintaining illicit relations. According to your story, the Sudanese was not the husband, so how this man came to Qatar?, he come to work or to spy?
I am trying to emphasize that Asians are building our country, but they do not seem creating problems like this man who acted like a part time spy. I am Hassan Aljefairi, the human rights activist, promised to create a modern Qatar, called it the Switzerland of the middle East, and I do not want to see some ignorant illiterates slowing my country’s progress.

THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR.

REF: 00066
05/10/2009

TO,
THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR.

Dear Sir,

Your interference is required to convert Qatar University to Hassan’s University of Science and Technology, that will graduate thousands of Qataries to meet the demand of the future labour market. Throw those extremists out of the university and in return throw billions of Riyals in to the new Hassan’s university to create a new scientific generations.
Appoint top scientists from U.S.A and Britain to recruit educators. Some like Aljefairi who can turn Qatar University in to a respected search institution. If some students want money, then it is okay, money for research. Build a prestige and have the names of students published in the best journals.
Spend millions aggressively to fund researches. Pay professors $ 100000 annual salary, tax free plus all expenses on one condition only, to graduate Qatari students that make Hassan’s country, the Switzerland of Middle East. If some females around the world write to you, informing you that they want to fall in love with the Qatari liberal then do not stop them, let them go ahead. Do not worry of Oil falls below $70, you still have Hassan, the voice of Democracy in Qatar.

THE QATAR FOUNDATION

REF: 00065
05/10/2009

TO,
THE QATAR FOUNDATION.

Dear Sir,

Your foundation should interfere to convert Qatar University to a new university that could boost science education with the fastest super computers and a team of Scientists in a University campus where female and female students can communicate freely. It is time now to break social barriers and push the society to become scientific oriented. Girls should not be persuaded to force themselves in black Abayas. The aim is to support Hassan Aljefairi to empower women’s rights and break the strict restrictions imposed by some clerics.
It is time now for everyone to come to a country where Hassan is, to the 21st century state of the Middle East, to Aljefairi’s country, and it is time to convert Qatar University to Hassan’s university, the University of Science and Technology.
Every one is required to fulfill the ambition of Hassan to throw billions of Riyals at a Project where thousands of Qatari students are, to graduate many Hassans that could make a change and create a modern scientific Qatar.
