Dear Sir,
I am not pleased with the small percentage of Qatari Doctors graduating from Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar. We paid billions of Riyals to finance Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar, but during the last ceremony, you graduated only 2 Qataries and only four among the previous ceremony. Weill Cornell is not supporting me to enroll more Qatari pupils to English curriculum schools like Qatar Academy, Debekay, London and Sherborn School. We paid also millions to bring those schools to Qatar, but the Government does not seem to make efforts to enroll thousands of Qatari pupils to these schools. There are some but not much.
If our children are given quality education then there is no need for One year Bridge Academy Programme. Weill Cornell, QF, CMU-Q, Texas A&M, British Council, Goerge Town University and Rand Institute are ignoring Hassan Aljefairi and not doing anything to support his mission to allow Qatari students to have quality English , Maths and Science.
Omar and Albayan schools seem to be fine, but I am not sure about the others. Finally, please inform yours staff that Hassan Aljefairi is the voice of Democracy in Qatar.

Dear Sir,

Separating boys from girls in Qatar University make life more difficult for a student to choose his future wife, there fore Qataris meet their partners through arranged marriages that happen between relatives. Marrying a relative increases the chance of having handicapped children. That is why the percentage of children with special needs in Qatar is one of the highest in the world. I wrote many times to Qatar University requesting them to introduce a co-educational system where boys and girls can mix under one educational ceiling, but my letters seem to have been ended in the dustbin. That is why now you need to establish a Supreme Council for disability.
Radicals and Fanatics are every where in Qatar University stopping Hassan Aljefairi from reducing the sufferings of children. Those who are using religion to gain prestige, money and power do not care if there are disabled children facing pain everyday. When I write to them advising that Hassan Aljefairi is the Qatari man of peace, they hide my letters and do not allow students to read them.

THE QATAR SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY PARK.

Dear Sir,

I congratulate you for winning the European architects award, but what is more important to me is to involve more Qataris in the knowledge economy. I would like to inform you, that Qatari children are being taught in some independent schools with an overdose of culture, traditions and customs under an Arabic curriculum. I asked American Anglosaxons and British to support my mission to persuade Qatar Government to attach more Qatari children to International schools that teach English curriculum, but they seem want to keep themselves a way with a distance and then I am left alone in the middle of nowhere.
British council also treats me as I do not exist. Number of Qataris in Qatar academy, Doha College, American, Showeifat, Debaky, London, Weill Cornell and Sherborne Schools is a small number and does not satisfy me, it does not meet my goal to make Qatar the most modern Switzerland of the Arab world. I am the liberal Qatari man of peace who promised to make a change in Qatar. The present Arabic Education that is given to our pupils deprives them from the right to be involved in your Science & Technology studies and researches in the Park.

THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR.

Dear Sir,

Qatar should tighten job rules in the Government sector to ease employment for Qataris in the private sector. Only technical jobs can be given to expatriates, otherwise all administrative jobs in the Government must be allocated to Qataris. Unemployed Qatari university graduates can be paid a monthly allowance of QR 6000 per month and those High school graduates can be paid QR 4000 per month. Qatar has to provide technical English education to Qatari students first, and then tighten job rules on expatriates in order to ease unemployment for Qataris in the private sector.
Hassan Aljefairi also suggested previously that Qatari Government should pay additional allowances to Qatari youth joining the private sector. If more Qatari children are encouraged to be enrolled in English primary schools, then businesses can recruit the skilled Qataris that the economy needs.

Dear Sir,
Please broad cast on QF, FM Radio the story of my son Fahad and how he died. When Fahad was 16 years old, he was taken to a youth centre. I was told that there, children can be taught swimming, Arts, sports and can play during summer camp. They are taken to picnics so they could have a lot of fun. Then, after wards, I came to know that my son Fahad and other children were given lectures by Muslim clerics, who answered questions about Religion. Then I realized that it was more like religious summer camp aimed at persuading young men to be drawn to radicalism. When I wanted to limit my son Fahad’s visits to the youth centre, I felt perhaps it was too late and that my son was already brain washed. There was an extremist ideology that was set up some how and I found myself in a war of minds against some that I could not defeat, it was too late to protect my own son.
They seem to be working on the children to make them the radicals of the future. An Islamic summer camp was only a trap to catch an innocent child like Fahad. When Fahad was 18, he kept on going to the youth centre without me knowing and without my approval. He already made a lot of friends there, and perhaps, he himself, could not stop himself going. I felt some discomfort afterwards until I received a telephone call telling me your son is dead, come and take his body.

Dear Sir,

Some jobless elderly people who are over 60 years old, who claim that they are stateless, long time in Qatar, alone and do not have Qatari passports, can be encouraged to take an advantage of a programme to compensate them if they return to their country of origin. That is called “voluntary return programme” as well as their family members. They return to their native countries and give up their right to live in Qatar. The average compensation sum at around QR 50000. We do not have a home for the elderly in Qatar and our small capabilities are limited to Qatari old people who can not live for one reason or another with their own relatives and children. Number of old Qatari men and women is growing and a lot of them are beginning to ask for care.
But, I am Hassan Aljefairi whose heart is big and full of giving to others, so why can not we support poor countries to establish homes caring for the elderly on their own grounds. The old man, my grand father, the father of my mother, Hassan Ali bin Saleh Albaker, said to me long time ago before he died “long live Hassan Aljefairi”.

THE BOARD MEMBERS OF QATAR FOUNDATION.

Dear Sir,

I refer to your think campaign, but I always write to the local press with big ideas, but my articles are never published. I need your support to highlight my style of living and spread it among the Qatari people. I believe that the world is investing heavily in wind turbines, nuclear, solar and other renewable energy resources, there fore one day the price of Oil and Gas will fall down, but I am personally not afraid to face that difficult day. I can wear training shoes, cotton clothes, live in a small house, ride public transport, eat clean not expensive food and talk to highly educated girls. Or otherwise I can drive 4 cylinders car, small but air conditioned with a radio that I can listen to the talk on BBC English. This is a good education for me.
I do not need a huge car that looks like the donkey of the road or multistory house that looks like a ghost house. I do not need so many people to serve me, but, perhaps, I need one only, I can serve myself, I am Hassan Aljefairi, always active, strong and have so much love for my own people. I want Qatari youth to copy my attitude and imitate my behaviour, write with a creativity and speak with courage, why not! Am I not the Qatari liberal, the voice of democracy in Qatar.

THE QATAR BROAD CASTING SERVICE, ENGLISH RADIO.

Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you that I am a very much upset that many events happening in Qatar that your radio does not broad cast. I expected many times that I would be able to listen to musical performances, operas, concerts and singings happening in Qatar, but when I switch the radio on, nothing was there. Also there was no coverage for the talk made in seminars, lectures and conferences held by Qatar foundation or by other Ministries. I find that your present radio programmes are boring because your style remained the same since many years, but I hope that I am wrong.
I believe that you need a new blood to create talk programmes, especially those related to environment, human rights, politics, economy and social subjects. Either you present discussions related to elderly, quality education and handicapped people or otherwise give space on the Fm band to other talk radios like BBC English, Aljazeera English and Voice of America, so we could learn from their dialogue and discussions. I also regret that some of your staff still do not know that the liberal Qatari citizen Hassan Aljefairi is the voice of democracy in Qatar.

Dear Sir,
It is easy to spot people around with boredom worn on their faces in Qatar summer months. We have been long waiting for a local talk radio in English on the FM band for the large English speaking expatriate community and Qataries who speak English like Hassan Aljefairi. I wrote and spoke many times requesting to broad cast the BBC English, Aljazeera English and voice of America on the FM band, but like usual, there is no much respect for non-government society represented by Hassan Aljefairi, the Qatari liberal and the Voice of Democracy in Qatar. Minister of Culture told me this was a good idea especially with Aljazeera English. I wrote to him again to remind him, but still no response. President of ICT-Qatar promised me with an action, but I am still waiting since more than a year.
I can get all the talk in Arabic, but I need to hear it in English, that is how I can make thousands of expatriates happier while living in Qatar, because I Hassan the man of peace, the friend of all communities and the oxygen of freedom in Qatar.
