ALJAZEERA ENGLISH CHANNELL.

REF: 0060 4.10.09

TO,
ALJAZEERA ENGLISH CHANNELL.

DEAR SIR,
Instead of being the voice of the extremists, why do not you become the voice of Hassan Aljefairi, the man of peace in Qatar, who wants the rate of birth in the least developed countries to be lowered sharply through voluntary or forced family planning programmes in order to avoid poverty and damage to climate.
The global population will rise from 7 billions to 10.5 billions by mid century. That is going to lead to hunger, failure of Education and conflict.
I did my best to have Aljazeera English established here in Qatar so our voice of peace can be heard by all nations, that is how you are here in Qatar getting paid. I did not ask you to become the voice of Taliban.
I do not care what ideology that your staff brought with them here in Qatar, but I remind you that we Qataries are the people of love and peace. Group like Alqaeda only represent themselves and they do not represent the Muslim people. Some said that the liberal, son of Qatar, Hassan, the activist, represents some Qataries.

QATAR NATIONAL HOTELS.

REF: 0059 4.10.09

TO,
QATAR NATIONAL HOTELS.

DEAR SIR,
On Saturday 18th of Sep, 2009, thousands of passengers are at Doha Airport rushing to catch their flights to different destinations to celebrate the Eid holiday.
On the other side of the Doha Airport, in the arrival terminal, only very few passengers are arriving to Doha to spend the Eid festival.
Tourists do not want to see a place where all males in the roads, not even one female walking a side. They do not want to see men being separated from women.
They do not like to see secret police everywhere. They do not want to have their freedom restricted; therefore they would rather travel to London
Or Dubai or Singapore, why should they pay money to feel that they are being watched and followed? That is why hotel occupancy in Dubai is 70%, while it was below 20% in Qatar during summer and the month of Ramadhan for some Hotels.
Hotels management do not support Hassan Aljefairi who wants to modernize Qatar and they leave him work alone.

YOUTH DEPARTMENT.

REF: 0058 04-10-2009

TO,
YOUTH DEPARTMENT.

DEAR SIR,
Officials responsible for Youth sent my son Fahad to a youth conference in Bahrain without my permission and approval. On the same day, they called me saying that your son is dead in a car accident, come and take the body.
My son Fahad AlJefairi was an intelligent student in Carnegie Mellon University, Qatar .His marks were excellent.
This Government instead of graduating my son and appoint him as a qualified person to serve Qatar, sent him to a youth Centre in Qatar that has radical clerics who brainwashed my son with extreme religious teachings. My son gradually became a different person. Therefore, I lost control. You knew very well that the number of road deaths at 260, then who is that in charge who sent my son Fahad to attend a conference in Bahrain by road? My son Fahad was an underage student at the time of his death as he did not complete 21 years of age.
Government officials also told me that they will call the lecture halls on his name, also awards carrying his name, but that was a lie.

MINISTRY OF CULTURE.

REF: 0057 3.10.09

TO,
MINISTRY OF CULTURE.

DEAR SIR,
Prepare yourself for Hassan Aljefairi’s hot talk during the next cultural festival. I do not care if some are accusing me of being secular, but I promised that Qatar is going to be different and as I said, the Switzerland of the Arab world.
The Qatari Government promised that Qatar will be an open minded free country where people can enjoy freedom. Qatar businessmen believed this claim and borrowed millions from the banks and built hotels, towers, villas and furnished apartments, but then they discovered that a Taliban like rule by Islamic law is taking over. Therefore, some hotels began to operate with less than 20 % occupancy during summer, month of Ramadan and Eid holiday.
Those who support Taliban are not travelling to Pakistan or Sudan for vacation, but they prefer destinations like Dubai, London or Paris.
Month of Ramadan shows the contradictions, people adhere to the dawn to dusk fast, at night, many party with large meals and a heavy dose of TV entertainment. But the confusion comes from the Government as well. It has often supported radicals who promote strict fabricated Islamic principles but at the same time undercutting the liberal Qatari activist, Hassan Aljefairi, the voice of the Qatari democracy.

QATAR NATIONAL HOTELS.

REF: 0053 2.10.09

TO,
QATAR NATIONAL HOTELS.

DEAR SIR,

I am alone trying to persuade the government to make Qatar a free country, but the Tourism authority is not doing much efforts to support my mission.
I suggested to issue more visas for single females to work in Qatar, Co-education in elementary schools and in Qatar university, but QTA acts like it has nothing to do with it.
I requested more personal freedom to be given to Qatari youth and attach thousands of Qatari children to English curriculum schools, but I was always working alone.
Tourists and investors want to come to Qatar to enjoy a reasonable freedom, but not to struggle with so many restrictions promoted by radicals. My pen of freedom and peace was hidden by the press and my voice was cut off by the media, that is why hotel occupancy was very low in Qatar.
I told them that by hiding Hassan Aljefairi, not only your tourism is affected but the whole economy will suffer, but I was always ignored.

TEXAS A & M UNIVERSITY IN QATAR.

REF: 0049 28.09.09

TO,
TEXAS A & M UNIVERSITY IN QATAR.

DEAR SIR,
I was first welcome in the Conferences and Cameras were focused on me, but when some felt that I was trying to lead the drive to reform Qatar’s education system to English curriculum, then the welcome was not there any more.
Some of the officials refused the shifts in policy to English language, but kept their own children in English schools depriving other Qatari children from equal opportunities of quality education.
I am now being considered to work against the Government’s intentions, because I am pushing for enrolling thousands of Qatari children in International schools under English Curriculum.
Some Independent schools do not care to give sports, Arts, Music, theatre and other student activities to our children.
There is also an overdose of Culture, traditions and customs that make our students narrow minded.
They are forcing boys to wear traditional dress the thob and Iqal that limits the movement and activity of the child. The boy therefore is unable to run and play. Your staff ignored Hassan AlJefairi and did not show any support and sympathy towards his mission.
A lot of them also do not know that Hassan AlJefairi is the Oxygen of freedom in Qatar.

MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS.

REF: 0048 27.09.09

TO,
MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS.

DEAR SIR,
Qatar has to have balanced foreign policy similar to that adapted by its citizen the moderate man of peace Hassan Aljefairi.
Foreign policy that Hassan wants is based on permanent principles committed to an International law and related rules and conditions.
Exactly like the relations Hassan has with others based on respect and solving disputes through dialogue and peaceful means.
Civilized nations should support Qatar with its responsibility for protecting energy resources and facilities.
On the other side, Aljefairi condemns violence in name of religion. Hassan’s religion stands only for peace. It has no connection with terrorism.
Ministries in Qatar should benefit from my brain storming especially that which is related to knowledge based, promoting quality education among Qatari children.
My brain storming should be accessible to the general public whose lives may be affected and influenced by my modern ideas, but the reason that I still was unable to make a change is due to the fact that Qatari media is hiding my writings and cutting my photos. Committees are also not allowing me to participate in conferences.

DOHA INDEPENDENT SECONDARY SCHOOL FOR BOYS.

REF: 0047 27.09.09

TO,
DOHA INDEPENDENT SECONDARY SCHOOL FOR BOYS.
PH: 4692470.

DEAR SIR,
I would like to congratulate your school for being represented by your student MOHAMMED AL SABBAGH and wish you the best and success. Although your student Mohammed is a brave student participating among the Qatar National Debate Team that will compete in the first Asian Debate championship, but his only problem is that he does not know anything about Hassan Aljefairi, the number one Qatari public speaker who is alone trying to influence a change in Qatar.
Mohammed is welcome to learn aggressiveness and determination from Aljefairi, the voice of democracy in Qatar being the founder of freedom of speech in Doha. Aljefairi’s stories are rich and worthy of being told, and for anyone interested in how modern Qatar is coming to be the Switzerland of the Arab world on the hands of Hassan, the Qatari activist.
But failing to do so, is due to the poor support of Qatari press and media that is given to Aljefairi.
Some Qatari Newspapers are owned by businessmen who are related to the Qatari Government that are benefiting from the current situation and reject a change.

QATAR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY.

REF: 0044 26.09.09

TO,
QATAR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY.
PH: 4559111.

DEAR SIR,
I am not getting support from your magazine to cover my appeal to make Qatar as an attractive tourist and business destination. Although there are some positive indicators such as decreasing rents and lower business expenses, but still guests and tourists avoid visiting Qatar.
Lower cost of living is not enough, but what we need is to make Qatar a free country, the liberal Aljefairi’s country. I wrote many times, that it is important to maintain personal freedom and relax rules related to personal privacy and recruit more single females to work everywhere in Qatar to balance the male to female ratio to one to one, but due to the fact that I was working alone and businessmen ignoring my efforts, such situation of low hotel occupancy and empty towers will make losses to Qatari businessmen in billions, not millions of Riyals.
We need to introduce new laws to restrict interference in the privacy and life of people, because people want freedom, they are not begging for food to eat or a bed to sleep on. All these developments will mean nothing if people do not breathe the oxygen of freedom. Qatari businessmen did not voice their concerns and identify challenges and left Hassan Aljefairi to struggle alone.
I promised that I shall make Qatar a free country but how can I do it alone?

QATAR INVESTMENT AUTHORITY.

REF: 0043 26.09.09

TO,
QATAR INVESTMENT AUTHORITY.
PH: 4995900.

DEAR SIR,
Despite of the economic crisis in U.A.E, Dubai hotel performance was better than Qatar’s. With the summer season this year, Qatar Government did not make huge efforts to increase offers, summer activities and entertainment in order to attract guests.
I was told that some hotels in Qatar faced a situation of less than 20% occupancy, but it seems that Hassan Aljefairi cares about these hotels more than their own owners do. I wrote to Qatar Government suggesting to issue more VISAS for single ladies to work in Qatar, coeducation in Qatar University and in Elementary schools and more personal freedom to people, but my letters ended up in the dustbin.
Please tell me how can I persuade the government to make Qatar a free country? so guests, tourists and investors will come to Doha and stay in these hotels and towers.
Separating males from females makes Qatar looks like as it is uncivilized and that will make tourists avoid travelling to Qatar. Some hotels in Dubai enjoyed 90% occupancy this summer.
Hilton Dubai Jumeriah has been very successful in attracting a great leisure base for the summer, but Qatari hotels are also afraid to support the efforts of Aljefairi to make Qatar to be another new Qatar.
